I took a team of 5 amazing prayer warrior women to Oregon's State Capitol building.
We were greeted by State Represenative Darin Harbick District 12 (who is a good friend of all of us on the team) We got to meet the Chaplain Laurie Irion and a mentor to Darin, Victor.
State Representative Darin Harbick took us on a tour of the Capitol @ 5pm. We had to go through the back door (as repairs are being made to the building) We were given permission to decree, pray, sound our shofars & drums inside the building. To bring the Presence of Yahweh there everywhere we walked.
The foundations of the Capitol were being restored to become earthquake proof. To us this meant time to restore the ancient ruins in Isaiah 61. Restoring the roots of this state. We decreed this out.
We first went to State Representative's office and prayed over him

Oil and lamp is from Israel with Olive Oil from Israel
Oil Lamp meaning: (Cindy). The Lord has positioned you to be salt and light because you set at His feet and are keeping your oil full from a place of rest and love. Like a burning bush that is a flame but does not become consumed.
Picture: You are a light dispelling the darkness around you. As the Native Warrior in this picture is to remind you The Natives have your back in prayer.
We wrote a decree over the Oregon Key Chain that was given to him.

We come with thankful and humble hearts to bring honor to you and to where,
Creator - God has placed you, in this important assignment and purpose.
We present this key chain with the myrtle wood emblem of Our Beautiful Oregon.
Creator - God’s sacred land.
The hatchet represents ‘bury the hatchet’ into the earth to bring honor and respect between Representative’s for Oregon. Between people group’s to share peace.
You Representative Harbick will be the key in doing this, as you bring Creator - God’s shalom.
The copper feather, to us means the sacred breath of Creator - God, for His sacred breath to blow across Oregon. It is also a symbol of resilience,
(Cherokee Copper). Honoring our past, while embracing the present.
The leaf means ‘the leaves of the trees bring healing to the nations, as it is written in the Sacred Writing’s (The Word of Creator - God), that we honor.
The arrow means you will hit the target, with words of intention.
Along with a person that is said to represent the will of God.
You Representative Harbick will represent the will of God.

State of Oregon Capitol Prayers 3-5-2025

I had a picture of Darin standing by a window praying like Daniel, being in a different land, involved in the Kings business. He wasn't just praying but also waiting, looking for, expecting the answer. Standing tall, Contending.
Daniel: God is my Judge

In Darin's office, I read Psalm 1:1-3. I referenced a tree symbol I gave him a few years back (at that time I also quoted that Psalm and talked about the symbolism of evergreen tree and referenced Abraham planting a tree and then calling God the everlasting God, etc). I told Darin when I walked in the capital and saw the tree symbols, especially on the house floor, I was reminded of that. God placed him here in this position, he is where he is supposed to be. He (Darin) is a tree planted by streams of LIVING water.
In the house chamber, I had a strong sense of the cloud of witnesses. I read and declared Hebrews 12:1-3.

God loves your obedience.
Deuteronomy 11:1
You shall therefore love the Lord, your God, and always keep his charge, his statutes his ordinances in his commandments.
God sees your heart Darin to do the will of God in all that you do. Keep your eyes on Jesus and do not be discouraged. He is at work and all of this.
Prayer over the House & Senate:
Conviction over the hearts and the minds of the people that vote and that their vote would be for God and for good not evil. The angels painted the walls with the blood of Jesus. Blowing the shofar brought heavens frequency, and the angelic host into the building and those rooms.

I bless this place with the overwhelming promise of the Lord. The seed of the promise is sown for a time of great harvest. Some say “Yes, but not in Oregon” and the Lord would say “Why not in Oregon?”
Stay in the promise of the Lord and you will continue to have greater understanding of how God’s purposes align with His promise.
It’s a time of restoration for the people of Oregon. County by county and city by city

Darin: You are releasing through you the Voice of God, that changes the atmosphere in everything you are doing. Like the picture you are dispelling the darkness from the inside out in this season before you. God’s timing is perfect. So in the natural roots and new foundations being built. In the Spirit you are building a new foundation in the atmosphere that brings new memories to the people, the land, and the State Capitol building where you sit, stand, walk and speak.

We Your People come to You Creator - Yahweh, to humble ourselves and pray, to turn from our wicked ways, to seek Your Face, and Your Presence. We ask that Your Creator - Yahweh hear our prayers, forgive us our sins and heal this sacred land of Oregon. Open Your eyes and ears Creator - Yahweh to be attentive to the prayers made in this place, the Capitol of Oregon.
We Your People come to honor your land here in Oregon, at the State Capitol Building. Your sacred word: Romans 16:20 The God of peace will crush satan under your feet. The grace of our Jesus/Yeshua will be with us. You have sent to us The Great Holy Spirit to guide us with our words and actions.
We are thankful to You Creator - Yahweh for this. We are thankful for this great assignment to bring a sacrifice of praise here at Oregon’s State Capitol unto You.
We repent for not following Your Ways Creator - Yahweh that You have given us. For not bringing You honor, respect of relationship.
We repent for not keeping Your Word sacred and holy. For following man’s words and not Yours.
We repent for not following Your Ways Creator - Yahweh for turning away from You and for following the ways of mankind, and the ways of other gods.
We repent for not guarding our borders, we say watchmen arise
We repent for judging our Government in Oregon, bringing curses when we should bless them.
We repent for bringing defilements onto Your sacred land here in Oregon
Defilements of:
Idolatry: Worship of idols
Broken Covenants: With Creator - Yahweh (not doing what He asks of you), treaties.
Immorality: behavior that is immorally wrong, sexual misconduct, sex trafficking
Innocent Blood Shed: abortion, murder, wars
Man Made Boundaries: religion, property, politics, racism, identity
Burial of Gifts: that was not recognized. Not fulfilling what you are called to be.
Disturbing The Sacred Waters: toxins in the rivers, oceans.
We ask you Creator - Yahweh to forgive us of our evil ways, for harboring unforgiveness, resentment, hatred, bitterness, rage, and holding onto grudges.
Walk in obedience to all that the Lord your God has commanded you, so that you may live and prosper and prolong your days in the land that you will possess. Deuteronomy 5:33
The glory of the Lord shall be revealed and all flesh shall see it together for the mouth of the Lord has spoken.

This report is some of our highlights in praying at Oregon's State Capitol building.
It is important for us to keep praying, blessing, repenting over Yahweh's sacred land in Oregon.
We will continue to do this assignment as we are led by Creator Yahweh.
