Believing It Will Happen

When we pray, we should pray as in believing it will happen.

Mark 11:23-24. Jesus replied, "Let the faith of God be in you". Listen to the truth I speak to you; If someone says to this mountain with great faith and having no doubt, 'Mountain, be lifted up and thrown into the midst of the sea, and believes that what he says will happen, it will be done. This is the reason I urge you to boldly believe for whatever you ask for in prayer - believe that you have received it and it will be yours.

When you pray do you believe God will answer? When you pray can you imagine it will be accomplished? Do we dare pray with belief - yes!!!!

God Asks Us to Pray

He invites, encourages, and wants us to talk to him. We are to come to him in faith, (James 1:15), with persistence (Luke 18:1), with thanksgiving (Philippians 4:6), within His will (Matthew 6:10), and from a heart that is right with God (James 5:16).

In fact, in Luke 18:1 we read, “And he [Jesus] told them a parable to the effect that they ought always to pray and not lose heart.”

In John 16:23-24, Jesus makes a stunning, sweeping, glorious promise to us:

“Truly, truly, I say to you, whatever you ask of the Father in my name, he will give it to you. Until now you have asked nothing in my name. Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be full.”

The power of prayer isn’t in the person praying. It’s not a magic formula. It isn’t keywords. It is an open heart, humble and filled with awe of who our mighty God is. Rather, the power resides in the God who is being prayed too.

Psalm 107:28-30 reminds us, “Then they cried out to the LORD in their trouble, and he brought them out of their distress. He stilled the storm to a whisper; the waves of the sea were hushed. They were glad when it grew calm, and he guided them to their desired haven.” There is power in prayer!

Deep, intimate prayer draws us close to the heart of God. It helps us become more like Him. Prayer lets us hear the Father’s voice and direction. It inspires us and gives us answers. It reveals our flaws and perfects us. It is an avenue by which we can repent and be forgiven for our sins.

As we share our deepest longings with God, we change and become the people God wants us to be.

It seems lately when we pray God answer's suddenly.

My friend Anita and I started a group called 'The Hearts of the Grandmother's.' We come together monthly, fellowship, worship, take communion and pray for our families and other important things that God has laid on our hearts. Our last meeting Anita had a burden for the college students who were murdered in Idaho, we stood in the gap and all of us prayed. We decreed the suspect would be found immediately. The next day the news announced a suspect had been found. Now that is the God we serve!

All the Grandmothers believed in their prayers. We have also seen a breakthrough for our adult kids and grandchildren. The Power of Prayer and Believing.

It is time to come together corporately and pray for your church, community. Time to speak to the mountains to be removed. Or if you are in a home group, pray with them. You can also have a prayer partner to pray with. The point is PRAY!

I have listen to Dutch Sheets (Give Him 15 on youtube) He talks about closing the door to the stronghold/enemy over your city, family and opening the door to our promises

(Dutch Sheets - Title: A Dragon, Calamity, and A Promise Part 1 - 4.) Really worth listening to.

You can use your imagination and see your prayers being answered. Call forth your promises from God.

It is time for us to take action in our prayers. Be intentional in your prayers, we don't need to repeat the same prayers over and over. God will answer, He heard you the first time. Be specific in your prayers.

Learn how to pray from watching the news, from seeing things in your community, city, streets, church. Repent to creation/land for the defilement that is upon it and call forth how God sees it (it is beautiful), release creation/land back to God. Release your circumstances to God. Release your children to God (no matter what age). Call forth protection for your kids or grandkids. Decree out that they would have encounters with Jesus or Holy Spirit.

Give Him praise in all that He is doing and will be doing.

Do not focus on the world, focus and release what God is doing.

It is time to war from the throne room of heaven and see what God is doing. Rise above the 2nd heaven where the enemy is and enter His gates with thanksgiving in our hearts. Set at the feet of Jesus to receive clear directions. It is time for new weapons in this season, we will get new weapons by sitting at His feet. Imagine it and activate.

We are in end times and it is time to be in the end time army.

Prayer is a Mighty Weapon that shuts the enemy down.
